I’m the producer and co-host of one of the UK’s best loved, silliest, and longest-running podcasts about the planet: Sustainababble.

We’re generally #1 in the “Earth Sciences” category on Apple Podcasts.

It’s been running since 2015. I set it up with my friend and then-colleague Ol, because we a) liked podcasts b) liked the sound of our own voices and c) wanted to make a programme about doing something about climate change that wasn’t a completely boring and earnest dirge.

Our shows mix light-hearted but informative digs at companies and politicians promising the Earth but not really meaning it, with interviews and discussion to get under the skin of different green issues in a way that’s fun. We hope.

Interviews include: Chris Packham; Jonathan Porritt; Liz Bonnin; Caroline Lucas MP; George Monbiot; Asad Rehman; Naomi Oreskes; Kate Raworth; and the legendary Dr Karl.

Here’s an interview with Robert Llewellyn, otherwise known as Kryten from Red Dwarf :

And we’ve talked about things from swifts to hedgehogs to fast fashion to global insect armageddon to the near-certainty of the heat death of everything on Earth (lolz).
